Hey guys. This is my problem:

I went to turn on my fiancee's 9? month old computer I built for her. It turned on for a few seconds (no post, beeps or anything) and then it shut off. Tried a few times, nothing. I have built about 200 computers and worked in a repair shop for 2 years. First thing I though to do was try a different power supply. That didn't change anything and ended up leaving a bran new 600 watt PSU in it. then I tried re-setting everything. mobo, cpu, ram, etc. nothing still. So everyone said it had to be the motherboard. The original motherboard was BIOSTAR TA970 Ver 5.3. so I RMA'd it and Biostar sent me a new BIOSTAR TA970 but it is version 5.2. And the same thing happens. I re-set everything. tried multiple things. Tried taking out everything besides mbo, psu, and CPU. nothing. Put in RAM, nothing. Put in GPU, nothing. Took CMOS battery out for a minute, put it back in, nothing. So then I went and bought a bran new quad core AMD CPU that is the same slot. Got it in tonight and still it doesn't boot up.
What should I do next? I really don't know what it could be. Thanks. I would hate to RMA another board...

Is this some sort of electrical issue?
Everything is plugged in correctly. No exposed wires or anything. All stand-ins secure.

OS: Windows 7 X64
CPU: (originally) AMD FX-8320
CPU Now: (new) AMD FX-4130
Motherboard: BIOSTAR TA970
RAM: Gskill Sniper DDR3 1866 (8gb)
GPU: SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 270X
PSU: (new) Thermaltake TR2 TR-600

TL;DR: I have replaced pretty much everything but the computer still does not boot all the way.

I just figured it out. The power button is somehow screwed up... I just unplugged the switch and jumped it from inside and it works now... Sometimes the most difficult problems have the easiest solutions that I always look over...
