Does pushing Intel Xeon 150MHz void its warranty

Hello,

I built a new PC last summer and used ASUS 5-Way Optimization that automatically pushed my Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 CPU to 3950MHz. The official Xeon boost clock is 3800, so it is 150MHz boost from the rated clock speed. Will using this sort of 'overclocking' if it really is overclocking void my processor warranty?

Solution
1. It does not make sense to OC a Xeon, that 150MHz is meaningless and not noticeable on daily life
2. OCing an E3-1231V3 must be done via main bus frequency and not from multiplier, which could lead to heavy system instability. Other devices could go bananas.
3. Yes, OCing an E3-1231V3 should void the warranty if something happened.
all in all, it does not worth a single sh*t to OC an E3-1231V3.
