So guys i have an i7-3770(NON-K), and a asrock b75m Mobo which has the intel turbo boost technology, recently i learned that i can go to my mobo bios and change the cpu ratio of all cores from 34=3400mhz=3.4Ghz To 39=3900mhz=3.9Ghz , so everything is fine by now but cutting the long story short the water block which is attached to the processor via screws on the mobo , all three screws are tight , but one screws is simply kind of just keeps on rotating freely , this happened when i changed my motherboard, the guy who setup my rig he said it wouldn't cause much issue, although i have never had heating up problems , but should i get this fixed ? i mean i know because this happens when the mounting bracket of the cpu cooler under the motherboard is a bit loose which has nuts on which the screw tightens, that bracket is loose , i just have to have all system opened up and have that bracket properly sticked through a table tape on the mobo,,,, what my question is should i have my system all opened up to get that screw properly tightened

That is a concern because now your cooler isn't going to seat properly and apply equal pressure to the top of the CPU. At some point the mounting will begin to fail. It sounds like someone over-tightened the screws and stripped it, possibly. Either that or the mounting stud mount in the backplate has come loose and rotates.
