Ok so i have an AMD Athlon X4 750K and this cpu is 3.4ghz (stock). It can boost up to 4.0ghz with turbo core enabled.I have turbo core DISABLED and this cpu is running at 3.7ghz for some reason.Any idea why this happens?
Ok. What are you using to find the CPU frequency? CPUZ? Task MAnager? See what it says in system properties in control panel. Maybe its a glitch reading the cpu frequency.

Im using CPUZ and AMD overdrive.By the way this is what i found in an article."By default, the 750K sports a 3.4 GHz base clock and a 4 GHz maximum Turbo Core frequency. There’s a 3.7 GHz boost state in between, too."
Yeah, try looking in control panel or task manager, maybe its a glitch.
