HP Motherboard I/O is on right side of motherboard and will not fit new case

Hi all,
I want to get a new Pahnteks Enthoo Case for my HP Pavilion Elite HPE-112y Desktop with a
H-RS880-uATX (Aloe) Motherboard.
My HPE 112Y case has the I/O panel on the right side.
If I was to flip the motherboard the I/O would be on the bottom.
HP case components go in on the right, new cases components go in on the Left.
My motherboard is backwards for the I/O opening in new case.
This motherboard will not transfer from one case to the next!
The H-RS880-uATX, Micro-ATX: 9.6 in x 9.6 in.
The Phanteks Enthoo Pro will take a Micro-ATX Motherboard.
So what gives?

Is there any solution or will I have to get a new motherboard.

HP, Compaq, etc, don't have to play by the rules. lol. Doesn't really matter what way it is in the case.

Assume yours looks something like this. Right now the GPU are is on top, CPU on the bottom, IO on the bottom and MB mounted to the left side of the case, if look at from head on.

Now if that motherboard was mounted on the right side of the case, like it would be a new PC, everything gets flipped, GPU at bottom, CPU at top, IO at top, and blam-o, it looks just like a regular PC should.

I think you're just visualizing it wrong. It would fit in any case that accepts a uATX motherboard. Just keep the IO panel from the HP.
