MY SPECS-
CPU-Intel Core i3 3210 3.2Ghz
GPU-MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 4G 4GB GDDR5
RAM-8GB
MOBO-Gigabyte GA H61M-S1
PSU-Corsair VS 650
HDD-WD Green 2 TB Caviar Hard Disc

Will these parts fit in that Cabinet ?

And also tell me where i will have to put my PSU ? (Upside of the Cabinet / Downside of the Cabinet) ?

Yes this build will piece together fine, and the PSU in this case is fitted at the top. Just to let you know you can see this in Picture 6! Hope i helped! :)

Yes, as long as you are not purchasing a mini ATX case the 970 should and will fit in as long as the case is a Midi tower or full tower ATX which your specified case is! :)
