Can i install win7 64 bit on my computer?

Solution
The motherboard DOES support Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit. As far as playing and streaming, I'm not a streaming expert but I would imagine a few issues. Your board has the following support for RAM: Dual channel DDR3 1600(IVB)/1333/1066 x 4 DIMMs, Max. 32GB. When looking at RAM, you're going to want the same speed timing etc, so I would suggest buying new RAM all together with a CAS of 11 or less . 9 is a more optimal target but your computer isn't exactly out to break a land record. I would say you'd also want to upgrade your GPU, which at this point I'm wanting to say that if you want to game and stream, you really need a whole new rig. System requirements are listed below for DOTA2.
