Fit in the case i've chosen, If not, what parts/case could I change. Is the air flow in the case good enough?

Yes, they will all fit.

Things that generally dont (if a problem) is the length of grpahics card and power supply for small cases.
Spec 1 is a standard mid atx and has enough room for the gpu. The PSU is standard size.

The PSU sr-71 suggests is better quality and a bit more overhead for the hot n power hungry AMD graphics card. Get a gtx 970

I was going to get a GTX 970 before I upgraded from an FX 8350 to an Intel processor, but my budget lies around £600 so I cant really afford a 970.

It was just a jibe. (the 970 also draws a decent amount of power) Go with that psu he recommends. Enjoy the gaming!
