Hi, Im wondering what asus motherboard will best fit my needs:

Ill be getting 6600k, ddr4 ram, I have creative sound blaster x-fi sound card which I want to use but Im not sure if it's too old and the integrated ones are better now, would be happy if someone can educate me on this too.
I also dont have plans for using more than 1 video card but feel free to recommend me mobos with the options, just notify me so I dont make the mistake of purchasing one ^^

Ok, thread cleaned up. Both of you, knock off the petty bickering. @w00p00 the fact that you don't like the answer you got is not justification to abuse the moderator alert function.

asus maximus is best overclocker, sabertooth is good overclocker, but its more for durability and it has a 5 year warranty over the maximus's 3. Idk much about the z170 pro, but it looks like a pretty decent board. If you want to overclock high get maximus, if you want durability get sabertooth, and if you're limited in your budget get the pro.

This still doesnt explain me why are those 2 100$ more expensive -__-
What do you mean by durability? Ive never heard someone previously descrie motherboard as more durable o.0 Also I asked for motherboard that fits my needs, not one that you'd get.

They're the "better" motherboards, they have more features and look better. I just thought you might want some options. Another great one near the price of the pro is the asus z170-a. By more durable I mean that it has the thermal armor that protects it or whatever. The main reason I like it is because of the 5 year warranty, which is 2 years longer than the other boards. Also, it looks nice haha. If you don't really care about features get the z170-a, its still a great mobo.

What I want is explanations you are not giving any whatsoever; explanations that include 'or whatever' are not credible enough for me sorry.

If you care about looks and features then go with the Sabertooth or the Maximus. If you're on a budget go for the pro or even the z170-a. They're all good boards, the difference is looks, features, and most importantly price.
