I'm looking to build my first pc for streaming under $1500-$2000 if needed. It will mostly be used for streaming my ps4 games to twitch with an overlay and webcam. I want it to be able to handle that with ease also I would like to be able to play pc games on it but that isn't my first priority for this pc. I am ready have a keyboard mouse and monitor so I need everything else. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated looking forward to see what you can come up with

Solution
Here, this will let you capture the PS4 video on your PC so you can stream is from there, and it's powerful enough to record and stream gameplay and run most games at 1080p 60FPS+ at max settings as well.
