Hello,
My name is Heather I am having a serious hard time I don't need a back up of anything on this laptop Acer aspire 5315 Running Vist. I continue to get a C Drive Windows bad image error that keeps popping up and popping up after the third time it will open windows even though I know it is something wrong with windows however oddly I have no Acer folder or erecovery folder. I did run command prompt sc/ scannow it come back saying there were corrupt files I had no idea what to do from there I'm trying to restore from earlier restore point from 2015 however I do not want to restore from any restore point I don't care when it was I want totally factory reset this laptop I called Acer they had me reboot the computer pressing F2 over and over a blue screen, he tells me it's going to be $99 to fix it this one time and hangs the phone up on me when I tell him I can't pay the $99 today that I didnt have that money available right there and then rudely he replies to me when you come up with the money call us back then a dial tone he had hung up on me so I'm sitting there with a blue screen up not knowing what to do except exit I don't want to mess up anything in it worse to where it won't even open windows I don't know a lot a lot about computer systems but I can't follow directions so if you can help me please do so I would greatly appreciate it and it would be a blessing thank you so much!
