It seems there's a fault with the recovery software (OneKey). If you can access the computer, perform the recovery from within Windows instead. Go to Settings>Update & Recovery>Recovery and select the relevant option.
If you can't access the computer (and don't have any CDs) you can go to:
www.lenovorecovery.com
...and order a recovery USB (it's about $40). This will allow you to do a factory reset.
