have a 250 pny ssd with OS wind 10 on it..whats best way to clean it up

did allot of uninstalling junk and mods...i know not too defrag..whats the best way to clean ssd?
Also im running out of space and need to put my 500 evo samsung on it..how do i set boot preference? use it as storage..just hook it up and whats the procedure

Right.
Connect the 500GB
Create a new folder on that drive...."MyGames"
For Steam games, go into settings and designate that folder as another location
For non-Steam games, and other applications...when installing, select Custom or Advanced. Use that folder as a target for where things go.
