Video Call When playing games (on screen display) program. Does anyone know any?

Does anyone knows any program in which you can lets say play gta v with a friend and have a small box which would saw the camera of a friend. And the same on the other friend

#NoMoney for that currently and I wouldnt buy a 2nd monitor just to have video calls... I dont have so good gpu and internet bandwinth

A 2nd monitor doesn't consume any more graphics processing power than having only 1 does. And video calls would use up the same bandwidth no matter what.

And how can you even "do" a video call if you have to pay attention to the game.

I dont mean games where you need to pay a lot of attention. I meant games like gta v in online you dint need to pay any attention and Even if it needed to, we could just look each other on random times or something like that... Just to have fun

Then just run the game in windowed mode and have the video call taking up a small side of the screen.

And again the skypevideo call window overlays the actual game window so no need to set the game to windowed mode.
