Motherboard, must
switching AM3+ socket to LGA1151 socket

RAM, maybe
some motherboard for newer processor socket, it may change the RAM socket from DDR3 to DDR4 (i heard it from a video on youtube)

GPU, according to your motherboard

i think that's all

ops drivers did you mean,
clean install windows, several drivers from your old motherboard must be removed

Your new motherboard will have most drivers you need, you can try to boot up in safe mode and install the drivers off the driver disk then use the same GPU drivers or go to the newest versions. However I would recommend doing a fresh install of Windows instead of trying this and load the new drivers form the Motherboard DVD afterwards.

the bottom line is remove the old drivers
i think you could remove them manually by, using sysprep

Yes, you will lose anything you do not have backed up somewhere.
But be advised, when you do a major change, especially one as drastic as going from AMD to INTEL, you might be able to follow some of the other advice here and remove/reinstall drivers, etc, but what most people in the know who have done this many times in the past will tell you, forget about it!!! The headache, time spent, and even if you accomplish it, the bugs that will pop up later simply are not worth the effort. Save your data to another drive or device, and do a complete fresh install from scratch. You will be glad you did in the long run.
