I was copying from 32GB SSD back up I had cloned Windows 7 on after the updates so I would never spend another day downloading updates after I clicked on something that gave me a nasty virus which I do frequently with my old laptop just to see what the hackers are up to. I bought a 64GB SSD drive when my old hard drive failed the other day probably from me re-installing every two weeks or so. I need room for malware tools because external USB and disk drives are the first thing that malware disables after it finishes eliminating the system restore points so my 32GB drive wont let me survive long enough in mine fields of Hackersville to have any fun. I was almost finished when I tripped on the power adapter cord and the battery is bad so everything came to a halt. I crossed my fingers and restarted HDClone 6 portable on the USB stick and it started fresh saying it would overwrite the disk. Towards the end errors started matching transfers and then I believe it started rewriting the error files and the drive reached capacity because then the numbers started skyrocketing out of control so fast I aborted by pushing, clicking and finally panicking so I held down the power button until it stopped. Now it's not bootable due to a cyclical redundancy error, Windows repair disc is useless, when I can finally get it to show in Windows Disc Management on a Sabrent external cable it is inactive unallocated and unable to be activated due to an I/O error. Partition Magic portable CD says the partition table is missing and also says there is an I/O issue. I cleaned it with diskpart in a Windows 7 cmd screen which didn't help so now the Mini Tool Partition Wizard on my desktop says it's scanning 720575940379 sectors and so far it's over 55 million sectors scanned with only one lost partition found that starts at 0 LBA and ends at the same long number 720575940379. It also reports the partition having used space equal to the partition size as a negative number -5614572.00 ?????. So I'm thinking It's trashed and I should quit wasting time and just get another one. I'll just box it back up and have my brother sell it on eBay, Ha! Does anyone know a way to get the partition table back on this drive? Please you just gotta help me right away because I'm afraid to use my desktop on those Russian porn sites. I really need my laptop working by the end of the day, Ha!

Solution
if your source SSD is still fine, then it should be easy to reformat the target SSD. maybe try to reflash the firmware onto it using the manufacturer's "SSD Toolbox" program. free download.

I suppose I should warn you guys that I am having a bad week. Last Saturday I was showing off in the Jacuzzi with my Rugged XFR D630 by splashing water on it and some leaked in the right side back corner near the hinge above the USB ports and it's a brick now. Well it was a brick now it's in a hundred pieces waiting for me to decide if it's worth the time to put back together. I might do it if I can put a faster processor like a T9500 or T9600 but I'm worried about heat so any advice on that issue would be welcomed especially if you know of a solution for the bubbly screen problem these things all have too. I read a thread where a guy said he got a soft plastic layered touch screen on Alibaba that worked well but I have searched and can't find anything like he was talking about.

And another thing. My 58" Panasonic Viera Plama Screen started just clicking and that's all the other day too. I figure it's the power module so I pulled it down and put in the garage where some water condensed on the screen overnight and now some pearl sparkly coating or whatever flaked off the screen and it is visibly different in that spot so that thing is probably junk now too.

Sure my SSD is not working right can you help me fix it?

I know people don't read a post that's more than eight words now days because that is how lazy we have become. But you are right that is a lot of nonsense that I wrote. I suppose I was trying to be humorous about frying my SSD. I doubt anyone can really help after what I did to it.
