does cooler master hyper 212 evo will fit into Gigabyte Case Setto 1024

As i mentioned i am not sure if cooler master evo 212 will fit into case gigabyte setto 1024..could i be able to close the case..i couldn't find the distance btw the cpu to case

I assume you own the case? If so, then use a measure and measure the clearance between the CPU and the side of the case in the direction the heatsink will stick out. You need 160 mm. Your case is a nice 202 mm deep, so there is a good chance it should fit.
