This is very confusing, I can't make a decision-I need help!

I keep reading a lot about R9 390x driver issues , Some people said it's fine after the last update , Some say stay away and go to Nvidia cards , Still searching but i can't find what i really wanna know and be sure , I'm confused .

The 390x is ok now ? or should i get the 370 , They are on the same price here in my country , and i know the 390x is more powerful , what should i do ?

970 or 390x ?

What resolution are you playing at, and what is your power supply?
The 390x is fine, the drivers are stable.
It will perform slightly ahead of the 970 at 1080p (do note the 970 OCs better), however the 390x is better at higher resolutions.

390x is fine and should be better than gtx 970.

Hi Gam3r01 , I am about to buy a whole new PC , Playing at 1080 but i'm open to try higher resolutions , 390x seems like a good choice but that's on paper , I'm afraid i'd regret not buying 970, been over 1 month and i can't make up my mind.

The 390x is still better than the 970 at 1080p. The 970 is marginally cheaper, and runs slightly cooler. Thats about all there is to it.
