Core i5 4440 processor
8gb ram
H97 pro gamer motherboard

So can u please tell me can I run every hd games very smoothly

The following review of the GTX 950 should give you a general idea of the GTX 750 Ti's performance since that GPU is included in the benchmarks. The answer is generally yes, but it depends on if you can live with FPS that are basically on average between 16 FPS and 35 FPS depending on the game. In non-demanding games the average FPS can be in the low 50's.
