2400 mhz or 2133 mhz RAM for core i5 6500. Does it matter?

Hi,

I would like to buy a 8GB DDR4 kit (2x4GB) for a i5 6500 with B150M board.
I'm hesitating between these 2 guys:
1.) http://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/?partid=hx421c14fbk2/8
2.) http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-lpx-8gb-2x4gb-ddr4-dram-2400mhz-c14-memory-kit-black-cmk8gx4m2a2400c14
The CPU and the board supports the memory only at 2133Mhz, but to be honest I like the Corsair memories more (design, the brand itself) and I don't find Corsair with 2133 Mhz.
I suppose I won't have any problem if I buy the Corsair, probably it will use it at 2133 Mhz speed. Is it correct?
Also what about the latency? HyperX has CL14, Corsair also has CL14, but with 2400 mhz. If it will go for 2133 mhz, what will be the latency?
Which one would you choose?
Thank you for your advice in advance!

Solution
IThe 2400 sticks can run at 2133 and with slightly tighter timings, so you should have no trouble with 2400 sticks, might even be able to run at 2400 w/ manual settings ;)

Hi, sorry just to make sure, what do you mean under "tighter"?
So if the 2400 mhz CL14 RAM (let's say this Corsair) will run at 2133Mhz speed (because of the limit of CPU/chipset), will it run on less or higher latency?
