Alien Ware Desktop no signal on display help plz!

My Alienware desktop when plugged in there is no display, no signal coming from computer to the monitor. Down below i took a picture but i don't know if thats anything. What could it be? Some solutions?

Its been sitting around a while just unplugged and everything. A while ago i tried to get it too work and the display worked but it could not find a operating system. I didnt know what was going on and forgot about it.
Just a couple hours ago i took it too my local computer shop to see what they thought and when he opened the case the hard drive was not plugged in (why it was not finding an OS) but when he tries to plug it into the monitor nothing happens. Came home still nothing, even tried a differnt cord.
