It's kinda compatible, the psu is not haswell compatible so the newer c states would need to be disabled, but that's the least of the problems with that unit. Its based on a very antiquated design. It has an extremely weak 12v, 26a(312w) which is just horrible, there are modern 350w psus that have a bigger 12v rail and the 12v rail is the most important rail. The video card, ram and cpu and not well balanced at all.
