Don't know whether to go with the 980 ti classified or ftw.

I'd buy a better CPU cooler if I built a rig that high, other than that looks solid. Both 980tis will perform nearly identical just buy whichever one you think will be better and convince yourself you're right

A very nice build.

One caveat:
The case says 157mm max cooler height; the hyper212 is 159mm.

I suggest a cryorig H7 which is 145mm, even with a 120mm fan.

You will have no cooling issue, exotic cooling is not needed for Skylake.

The FTW is about the highest factory overclocked unit; good pick there.
The Classified is more oriented to the overclocking enthusiast.

A tip...
Buy yourself a #2 Philips head screwdriver with a magnetic tip.
It is invaluable for assembly.

Go FTW. Sexy build. Do mind the cooler because of the case height, so to deal with that you could substitute the cooler or buy a different case.
