I'm going to upgrade from

Intel Core i3-2120 3.30 Ghz
Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212
Asus GeForce GTX 960 Strix
Asus P8B75-M/CSM
SanDisk Ultra Plus 128 GB SSD
Thermaltake TR600W
Kingston 4GB DDR3 Memory
Antec One Mid Tower Gaming Case

To

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (Same)
MSI Z170A PC MATE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Same)
Asus GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card (Same) Maybe SLI
Thermaltake TR600W (Same)
Antec One Mid Tower Gaming Case (Same)

Would this work out? The power supply? Do i need a New power Supply if im going to go SLI 960?

It will work no issues with a single gtx960.
Also be fine to overclock CPU with a single GPU configuration as well.
Though, if you are planning to both overclock CPU and SLI I would consider upgrading 750W Gold 80+ PSU
