Hey how's it going guys, my current headset broke and am looking to upgrade to something I can use for PC gaming as well as Xbox One. I currently have the Gamecom 780, which actually isn't too bad, but time for something new.
I am looking for something that is 7.1 Surround, I play a lot of competitive CS:GO so being able to tell where footsteps, noise, etc is very important. I prefer wired, but could deal with wireless (not sure if you can connect wireless to Xbox One, I only recently purchased it). I also have decent sized ears, the Gamecoms got pretty uncomfortable after wearing them for a while. Also I want them to be close ended.
My budget is at the maximum $200. I would of course like to stay a bit away from that but if it's worth the extra, might as well. One headset that sparked some interest was the Sennheiser Game Zero, but that is right up there at my maximum mark, and was looking to get some other ideas if there are comparable sets for a better price.
