Pc fans spinning but pc does not start up the first two or times no beep third time time it beeps and start i had disconnected everything to basic that did not help
hardware config motherboard is asus p7f7 supercomputer
with videocard msi 750ti gaming
powersuply is 700w Be Quiet Straight Power SOLVED YET on 29-10 2015
is solved was the 12 v from power supply that was very low on start
maybe a defect capacitor in the power supply or so
v was by start something between 9 and 10v dat doesn,t start it
