need help choosing a graphics card

hey, i need help with choosing a graphics card. not one thats too powerful just a regular one should be fine. and i prefer amd graphics

my system: intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93GHz
asrock g31ms mobo
4 gb ram( although it says 3.24gb usable..dunno why)
and this is my power supply

What is your budget? You need the new PSU for the new GPU. Otherwise you can buy the very low end GPU with that 250W PSU.

That is because you're using 32 bit Windows. 3.24 GB is all that a 32 bit OS can address.

I agree with Cin19 that you need a better PSU.

yeah i had a 32 bit windows but i installed 64bit and its still like that

ill go for the r7 260x and the power supply.. and will that card be compatible with my motherboard? the card seems very powerful
