I plan on building my gaming desktop with this specs under £650

Intel Core i5 4590
8GB RAM
120GB SSD
1TB HDD
DVD-Super
Nvidia GTX960 2GB
Windows 8.1 64bit

Is this a good deal? and is this set up good?
