Can anyone verify if this is coil whine/other issue. (Gtx 980 ti)

Hey guys, had this 980 ti for a little while. In a few games under load it makes this noise. I mainly get it in the game "the Forest"

Not had coil whine before so i can't be sure.

Fan bearing or coil whine hard to tell in the sound clip.

Do you suggest just trying for an RMA? It's not so much a whine... more like a hard drive loading sound. Only way i can describe it.

Which is usually a fan \ bearing issue , I would RMA , shouldn't sound like that.
