Hello, I bought an EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+ for a really good price. Nvidia on the site says the power requirement is 145W with 500W PSU. I have a Dell Precision T3500 workstation with a 150W max for the PCIe slot and a 525W PSU. EVGA on its website however says that the max power draw for the card is 201W. I assume this is due to the extreme overclocking possibility that the card gives. Is there any way I can underclock it and keep it under 150 W power limit?

Thanks

The card will only pull the power from the PCI slot that the mobo can provide. The PSU provides the rest. No problem. You have no need to underclock anything.
