I plan on finishing my PC build soon. What I plan on buying is:
CPU for around $180
Ram for around $55
Motherboard for around $80
SSD around $80
Windows 7 for around $90.
Total - ~$485

How much would you estimate I would save/the total would be on black friday/cyber monday?
I know it varies but based on previous observations, I'd like an estimate please.

Also, should I purchase on Friday or Monday?

I already have the graphics card, I'm just upgrading everything that I haven't yet.

I have an R9 270X powered by a Corsair CX750M. I can play games like GTA V on medium, but the CPU is bottlenecking everything. Its a Phenom II X4 820 along with the board and ram from my HP Pavilion. I bought the GPU, PSU, and a case in may, and just used the HP's CPU, board, HHD with Win7, and ram until now. But the cpu is too under powered to be able to stream the gameplay.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday is simply a concept for having some random stuff, usually last years models, on sale between 1 Nov and 15 Jan.

The parts YOU want to purchase probably will not be on sale.

I'd be fine with older models. As long as they're decent.

What I'm saying is...do not depend on "Black Friday" to save money.
I've gotten the exact same part for cheaper in August vs "Black Friday"

The ones that I chuckled at last year was:
FREE SSD! (If you purchase a $70 McAfee install. $150, and you must install McAfee to get the $80 'rebate' back)
TYVM, but I'll pass.

Tiger direct canada still does those all year with "free" tablet....with mcafee install.
