Ok I will built a haswell rig
Now I am considering these psu
1.Antec VP650PM
2.Seasonic -M12 520w
3.Seasonic Evo 620 w

Any other PSU under 5k range (INR)

Out of them only antec is haswell certified but I cant find any review of it

The worst case that might happen with non-Haswell-certified PSUs is that you may have to disable deep-sleep states in the BIOS to keep the PC from crashing when the CPU quickly goes in/out of deep-sleep states. I would not worry too much about it unless saving an extra 5W when the PC is idle or under light load is of major importance to you.

Depending on what the other stuff you want to put in your PC is and what the price difference is, the choice would be between the M12-II 520W and 620W.

ok the M12-II 520W is the normal one. I can bag it for 5k
on the other hand M12-II 620W is the evo one which will cost me 6.2k
lastly the antec one will cost 4.5k

So is there any diff between the M12 II and the evo one??

Here is the plan of the rig
i5-4460
Asus z97 pro wi fi--purchased
gtx 960--purchased
Deepcool GAMER STORM MAELSTROM 120T AIO
Corsair vengeance 8*2
Corsair Carbide spec 3 Cabinet
2 Cooler master fans

There's not a big enough of a difference between the 520w psu and the 620w psu to justify a 1.2k price difference. They're pretty much equal in quality for the most part and they'll both run your system. However I'd say there isn't a big enough price difference between the Antec psu and the Seasonic 520w psu to call the Antec psu the better option. The Seasonic 520w psu is your best option as it's good quality for the price.
