Hello guys need help what graphics card buy 390x or gtx 980
R9 390x Asus Strix $437
Gtx 980 Asus strix Or G1 gaming gigabyte $520 dollares
R9 future will have more advantage thanks to its 8vram ? but the GTX is better? which bought so fast that it is not outdated ?
what do you think buy?

i think in future update my monitor for 2k, would choose the GTX 980, but the 4 vram seems short, gta v 3.7 vram, shadow of modor 3.8 vram, I think the GTX 980 will age faster than the r9 390x, then with the arrival of DirectX 12 Most amd be paired, you think you? which will last longer?

It's hard to say . Shadows of motor from what I have seen uses just over 2gig so at 2k u may use more , but not 4gig unless your using mods.
I think you would be fine with the 4gig.
I have 3gig and at 2k I haven't noticed issues with vram.
Just adjust the settings a little if you find it using excessive vram.
