Can you build a gaming pc with $350 budget?

I am wondering if anyone could actually build a gaming pc which only costs $350. Yeah I know this is a very tight budget but I am very eager to know. Of course I am not expecting for a full hd or maxed settings, just medium is enough and a 720p resolution with World of Warcraft and League of Legends.

You could, but you have to ask yourself why would you want a 350$ gaming rig? Save up some money and get your budget a little bigger.
