Hi Which graphics card use better gaming,animation on my pc spec?

Hi guys,
So i want find out good graphics card with low value,power required..So i live in india..my gpu budget about 3400/- under..
i want to play normally graphics games like GTA V,PES 2015 or fifa 15,Far cry 3,Battlefield 3,Assassins Creed 3&4 Black flag..please find out good graphics card with my pc spec..

My Pc spec-
Cpu-intel E2200 (Dual Core)
Ram - 2GB DDR2 444Mhz
Motherboard-Gigabyte G31M-ES2L (have OC bios)
Power Supply-400W

OS-Windows 10 Pro

Your CPU and Ram could be a problem...But with the current specs you could end up getting a GTX 750ti or a r9 270x.
But you should add more Ram (8gb) or as little as (4gb) would help too.

Your RAM is hell old and very weak Processor.
Unfortunately you cant play any of those games properly.
I would like to recommend you to build a new PC but your Budget is limited so cant say.
If you can afford to buy a new PC then Let Me know.
