I bought a prebuilt pc last year, with windows 8 installed on it. I didn't get a code or cd with it. Now I am going to build a new pc but i'm going to keep the CPU, RAM and the hard drive with windows 8 on it. Now the question is: will Windows 8 run work on the system when I've built it, wil i just need to enter a new code or do i need to buy the whole thing again?
Can I reuse Windows 8.1 OEM?

The Win8.1 license is tied to the motherboard. If you're keeping the motherboard you can keep the OS. If not, $$$
