So, I built my new pc i7 6700k, Sapphire 390, 16gb DDR4, b150 mobo, and an M.2 SSD.
I installed a clean install of Win 7 professional over premium on my old PC, an alienware. I put the HDD in my new pc, with SSD in, and it wouldnt recognize the boot drive. I removes the m.2 and it boots into windows just fine except mouse and keyboard dont work....

One solution says that I need windows 7 installation enabled in bios and then to reinstall windows. Another says that it's bound to my alienware mobo, that's why it won't work
What so you guya think? Do I need to actually buy a windows disc/usb.

I spent six hours trying everything, if I put the Seagate 500gb drive in the alienware everything works, just not if its in my new pc.

Keyboard and mouse only work in bios, what do I do

You are dealing with at least a few different issues:
First, you cannot transfer the license from your alienware to your new computer. You need to buy a new copy of windows for your new computer to be legal. This is an issue unrelated to whether or not you can get your computer to boot and function. Windows will not activate on your new computer without a new retail or system builder key.

Second, transferring a windows install is often problematic. You need to look up what your motherboard manufacturer says about windows 7 compatibility and how to install it. You may need special drivers and/or bios settings. It may not be possible to run windows 7 without disabling/replacing some of your hardware.

Third, your mouse/keys not working...

Third, your mouse/keys not working could be at least two different things. If they are both USB, you probably don't have the proper usb drivers installed. It may not be possible/easy with windows 7. If they are PS/2, there may be a bios setting for a "legacy free" os or something like that. You need to make sure this is disabled. Again, you really need to go to the documentation for your motherboard.

The simple solution is to buy a copy of Windows 10 and do a clean install.
