how much fps will I get if I run assassins creen unity on i3 and gtx 970 ?

Well obviously it's impossible to just give a precise FPS number, unless someone has the EXACT same PC as you, with same resolution, and is willing to do a benchmark for you. But, the 970 and an i3 are more than capable in gaming, so you would definitely get over 50 FPS, for sure. Probably 60 FPS, and possibly higher than 60FPS. Your best option would be to look on YouTube at video card benchmark tests. Search for 'GTX 970 Benchmark Assassins Creed' and see what comes up.
