Can't access internal network by VPN from Guest network.

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to access our internal network by VPN from our guest network. But i get error message 412: The remote peer is no longer responding.

When im using my phone as a hotspot there is no problem!

Please Help!

You need to speak to your IT support team. We don't know the workings of your internal network.

i'm sure there is a firewall rule blocking you. can you ping the vpn server?

why does there need to be vpn access to the companies internal network from their guest network?

Yes i can ping the vpn server.
If employes can use the VPN client to get access to the internal network from our guest network, I won't have to setup a internal wifi network.
