Sure, why not. The 750Ti is a hell of a lot faster than the 610. The 610 is not even a gaming card.
If the motherboard is such that it can support two graphics cards(not SLI, just two card slots), you could use the 750Ti as your main card and the 610 as a PhysX processor too.
