Hey! I'm trying to make a small, portable pc build in which I game in 1080p ultra settings, I am looking for help to see if I should stay with the GTX970 or get the R9390 and save a few bucks, I will be doing a lot of GAMING, fallout4, witcher3, bf4, csgo, battlefront, etc etc, which card is better for my needs ?
Also feel free to give feedback on my build! I'm new at this. What's good what's bad?
Thanks!

Yes 970 have better performance compare to 960, but then again if u only play at 1080p, there is only a slight difference in performance 5-10% at most (970)..but the PRICE range DIFFERENCE is quite steep (970 is almost 100 bucks more expensive than 960)...EXCEPT if u want to play at 4k settings, then 970 can give quite a significant performance than 960.
so YES, i would go with gtx 960 (MSI preferred), and ALLOCATED that 100 bucks more for RAM upgrade, maybe 2x8gb (dual channel)..thats 16gb of total and u could have significant benefit when multitasking any applications :)
