Good day people, i got this really annoying problem (not for the first time).
I've installed a new graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GT 440) almost 3 months ago but from the beginning it had weird stuttering problems in games. I was running games on max settings at 60+ fps (Terraria, Dark souls II), but it had frequent stutters and it was quite annoying.
Month ago, games started to stutter occasionally but not the computer overally, just the games.
It got fixed by itself later. Now i got that problem again, but now even desktop stutters and it's really unpleasant. The programs are stuttering and hitching too..
I've installed windows 7 64 bit, but it didn't helped.. by the way, that problem started after restarting computer because of glitched desktop bar. After that restart, everything was lagging and unresponsive, i had to restart again.
Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66 GHz
RAM: 4 Gb DDR3
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 440
PSU: around 360 (i think)
Motherboard: ESPRIMO P3510
Do somebody know what could be the problem, please?
