Solution
... but yeah, it'll be just fine. basically any card that has HDMI output should be totally fine. a $35 card like a GT610 / HD5000-series would be perfectly suitable. they're not very expensive (used on eBay is even cheaper), many are in a slim or low-profile format, none need any extra power, and a bunch of them don't use a fan but just a bigger heatsink to stay totally silent.
Pretty much any modern GPU is good enough for HD movies. If it were me, I would look for something used.
If you go new, a GT 620 would work or an AMD R5 230.
I would look for a used Nvidia 500 or 600 series GPU or AMD 6000 or 7000 series. Just get something that has the sort of video outputs you will use.

Yes, i am searching for HDMI output with sound while my motherboard has only VGA output.
I am running windows 7 with 4 GB RAM.
Firstly i was trying to connect with any WIDI Adapter but then I found that my motherboard don't have capability to produce FULL HD Signals & i am way outdated to use this.
Finally I thought that it is better if i can get Audio\Video through a single HDMI Cable.

Finally i bought Nvidia GeForce GT 610. I am getting a strange issue:

1) I am using VGA as my primary monitor
2) My 5.1 speakers are connected to TV, so if i need any sound, i get it through TV. So i connected both VGA to Monitor & HDMI to TV at same time.
3) I am not able to use both display as simultaneously. When i click on My VGA Screen, Randomly they opens on Smart TV. Sometimes chrome, sometimes Control panel while my pointer stays on VGA.
4) I am using latest drivers from NVIDIA website.

I tried disconnecting Smart TV from "NVIDIA Control Panel". It solved the problem but then sound also gone.
Any suggestions?

Why don't you connect the speakers directly to your computer?

Speakers are used for:

1) Smart TV Audio
2) Airtel Digital TV Audio
3) PC Audio

If i connect them to PC, how will i get audio through My Smart TV & Cable Box. I know smart solution for Audio is AV Receivers but they are expensive & don't have proper service center in india. so I am using my Smart TV as one stop for all Audio.
