My friend has Intel HD graphics (4000 i think) in his laptop. He used to be able to play League of Legends at 60 fps constantly (when his computer was plugged in, it was going down to about 30fps but that's another story i guess)
Now he gets incredibly low fps and he cannot play...
We recently did a factory reset because he couldn't play, it worked for a day or two and stopped working.
