What games should i be able to play with this build?

which one is better for an extreme budget build?
can i use an ssd and directx12 with any of the two?
this is the build that i have in mind
cpu: fx 6300 vischera
mobo: asrock960 or msi 760(can i use an ssd and directx12 with any of the two? )
gpu: r9 380 4gb nitro
ram: 2x4gb hyperx 1866mhz
hdd: 1 seagate 1tb(or wd blue, the cheapest one)
ssd: 1 kingston hyperx 120gb
psu: seasonic 520w


is the fx 6300 really that bad?
i have an amd sempron 145@2.80ghz, how much of an upgrade would the fx 6300 be for daily use(facebook,skype,youtube,etc)?

the FX-6300 is actually a pretty good chip, if you overclock it to 4.0GHz it can run any current game paired with the r9 380 at ultra setting at anywhere from 30-60+Fps depending on the game itself. and you will see a little bit of performance on general usage. this type of chip is mainly used in mid end gaming.
