Graphics card causing display issue?

Hello all,

I recently added a second (old) monitor to my setup. However, only sometimes when I'm using the computer, the main display glitches out and I have to restart the computer to fix it. (Picture below) The glitch ONLY happens on the main display, so if I switched the main display to my second monitor, my first one would work perfectly fine and the second one (Now main display) would have the glitch.

and sometimes the display would show weird text

I'm pretty sure this problem has to do with my graphics card as both displays work perfectly fine by themselves. My card is overclocked to 1050 MHz on the core clock and 1500 MHz on the memory clock with the power limit set to +14 using MSI afterbuner. I switch all the settings to default but I still got the same problem. All my temperatures are below 60 degrees Celsius even when under load and the GPU is only ~1 years old

I'm connecting my main display via DVI and my second one through a DVI to VGA adapter.

My specs are:

MSI r7 265
AMD fx 8320 @ stock speeds
evga 500 b PSU
asrock 960gm/u3s3 motherboard
Win 10 64-bit

Main display: ASUS VE247H
Second display: HP L1520

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Thanks for the response. I just tried all possible configurations with the wiring and the same issue happened, even when I used a HDMI cable for my main monitor and DVI for my secondary monitor (And VGA). Right now I'm using VGA for my main and DVI for my secondary and it hasn't had any issues SO FAR, but I really don't want to use a VGA cable for my main monitor as the quality isn't the greatest.

If it happens for all connections, the video card may be faulty, but maybe another hardware issue, power supply is the second most common thing to cause video glitches. If this happens on stock speeds, maybe the overclock slowly damaged the chips. You can also test on a clean Windows setup, maybe using a spare hard drive to install it on so you can rule out any Windows or Driver issues. Also test the card in another system and see if the same thing happens there.
