3) Motherboard: Asus Z170-P ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
4) RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
5) SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
6) HHD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
7) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card
8) Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 ATX Mid Tower Case

Please help to assist by answering the following questions:
3) is the motherboard acceptable? I chose this because i have not decide if i am to use DDR3 or DDR4 ram, will there be a huge difference between these 2 generations of rams? (VS Kingston 8GB Hyper X Fury 1600 Dimm Ram Red - HX316C10FR/8 X 2 UNITS)
9) is the power supply sufficient? my friend commented that i should upgrade to gold type of PSU to protect my PC.
