Help with Dell XPS 410 wont boot dont understand diagnostic codes

Hey Guys.

I read the manual and I am not sure how to read the codes. The PC flashes all kinds of codes then last shows 1,2 then turns off all lights. I am not sure which array of codes is the correct code to follow. No lights suggest a motherboard issue and 1,2 means a video card issue. I already checked the ram and that is not the issue. I have uploaded a video here if you guys can take a look at it.

The 1,2 light shows 'expansion card failure" ( but not the GPU), also I saw 1,2,3 shows up after the 1 and 2 lights, that means "another failure", like the manual said check the DVD, HDD, or even the floppy drive connections. http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_xps_desktop/xps-410_Owner's%20Manual_en-us.pdf
Maybe the HDD has problem, if those cables are properly connected. Or check the boot sequence is correct, and make sure no disk is in the floppy drive.

Thank you the PC has a newer intel ssd so I dont think that has failed. I didn't realize it was showing multiple failures. The PC beeps when you smash keys on the kb, but there is no display which points to the gpu the pc doesnt have any other expansion cards :| I ordered another GPU to test it out. If it doesn't work I will just keep it as a spare. I will let you know thanks for the assistance.
