Hey guys, I'm new here, so I have a weird problem, to clarify I have a 980 ti and 4790k so the problem is that whenever I start windows it makes a weird startup sound and games are usually at 20fps max, windows is installed on my SSD, and to make it clear that I got everything for like 2 weeks now, everything is new, no dust and no oldness whatsoever, please any help D:
just to be sure sometimes it boots fine, and sometimes when i unplug the hub where my keyboard and mouse and joystick are plugged, it works fine too....
