one plus 2 has better specs also consider zenfone 2,moto x play,lg gflex 2,lg g4 basically with the price range you mention you get anything you like.I would suggest though the one plus 2 or zenfone 2 you get flagship specs in a great price

The k3 note is dual sim, microsd, removable battery, performs in the top 93% of all phones and costs less than $200.
k3 is really vfm but it goes nowhere near to others keep that in mind,I would also made some exceptions about the removable batteery if i had your budget especially for the zenfone 2 and one plus 2(future proof 4 gigs of ram and good processors will last at least for 3 years),but k3 is indeed a better choice over g4 budgetwise as american says

I got mine from ebay from a good seller, I paid a little more than the lowest on offer, but I wanted to have a good seller as backup in case something went wrong. I got my k3 note, rooted it with CWM and flashed the RoW rom to it. It is a real peach. My wife has an s6 edge and honestly there is nothing mine can't do that hers can (apart from fingerprint scanner). My battery seems to last a lot longer too.
